To allow us to give you an accurate quotation, either call, email or visit one of our stores and we will arrange a no obligation measure and survey. If you call in first you can take away as many sample as you like for us to collect when we call. This gives you time to see the carpet of choice in your own lighting conditions. It also enables you to see samples against your furnishings and upholstery. If you are happy with our quote and your selection, you can place your order with our estimator, over the phone or call back in store.

If would like a rough quote using your own measurements you can call us or pop into any of our stores. Our sales staff have many years experience and are able to give you some idea of costs, to help you with your budget, on the spot. Once we have measured accurately we can firm up the quote and talk through everything involved. We will explain the cost of the flooring chosen, underlay, materials needed such as door bars, gripperrods, fitting and any extra preparation.

We have one the largest selections of manufacturers samples in the country. We will always encourage you to take as many samples as you like. Test them in the room to be fitted, for light and matching furnishings. We do not charge for samples, just return them as soon as you can.

To remove and dispose of your old floorcovering we charge £45 per room. We collect all old flooring from your property on a Saturday, we use a separate van so to avoid cross contamination.

The moving of heavy items of furniture £45. We cannot remove ornaments and pictures or electrical goods such as televisions or Hi Fi.

We have a recommended joiner for this service who generally charges £45 per internal standard door.

If you would like any of the left over pieces of carpet bound into a rug, mats or runners simply call in with them with the sizes required. We charge £8.00 a lineal Metre.

We buy huge quantities of all qualities of underlay. Our starting foam underlay is included free with all fitted carpets. If you wish to upgrade, at an extra cost, we have every type of underlay available. We supply foam, solid crumb rubber, wool or cotton felt and specialist underlays for unnderfloor heating. Ask about these option when you call in and we will advise you on the best choice for your instalation.

We have a huge selection of stair rods and accesories to suit any requirment. Available in brass, chrome, bronze or forged black iron.

If you want to protect you hall carpet or hardwood flooring from dirt or scratching, we have a good selection of entrance matting or coir. Ask us about the most suitable option, sample are available in all three shops.
